MEMES
Memes are wonderful little things! These bases allow you to test out different prompts with your character. Each earns a unique ammount of tier and/or witch glass! Please make sure that you read the discription and log the right ammount of tier in your artist comments! If you'd like to suggest a meme idea - feel free to note the group titled "Suggestion : MEME"

Checkpoints
Checkpoints are a favorite around chevalin, and a great way to develop your character while earning points for him/her! Checkpoints are simple character prompts - that if answered with artwork earn a bonus besides the normal tier! They are currently seperated into FOUR sections, with more to come as more members complete the checkpoints! We started out with only section 1 prompts - but look at how many our group has unlocked since then! Its pretty sweet. Note that some checkpoints require your character to have certain OVERALL level before completing them!
SECTION ONE PROMPTS
EARN + 4 Tier
Section ONE prompts can be FB, Headshots, or FBFB
Character must be level 0 or higher to complete these.
Checkpoint 1.1 : Display a fond childhood memory, write why it is the fondest.
Checkpoint 1.2 Display your character’s parents.
Checkpoint 1.3: When did your character truly start to become who they are today? Show us a defining moment in their life!
Checkpoint 1.4 Has your character ever broken a law? Show us how!
Checkpoint 1.5 Has your character ever helped another character? Show us!
SECTION TWO PROMPTS
EARN + 6 Tier and + 4 WG
Section TWO prompts can be FB or FBFB or Headshots
Character must be level 4 or higher to complete these.
Checkpoint 2.1 What is your character’s favorite weather? Show us them in it!
Checkpoint 2.2 Make a family tree for your character (at least 5 characters strong)
Checkpoint 2.3 Draw your character losing a fight.
Checkpoint 2.4 Draw your character winning a fight.
Checkpoint 2.5 Has your character ever seen a landbridge? Draw their first encounter!
SECTION THREE PROMPTS
EARN + 10 Tier and + 6 WG
Section THREE prompts can only be FB or FBFB, NO headshots allowed.
The character must be level 8 or higher to complete these!
Checkpoint 3.1 How did your character join their herd? Did they meet the leader? OR How did your loner become a loner?
Checkpoint 3.2 How did your character become their current rank? Did they make the decision, or was it made for them?
Checkpoint 3.3 What is your character’s life goal? Do they aspire to become a leader, guardsman, scout or another rank?
Checkpoint 3.4 Does your character have any regrets? If so, show one!
Checkpoint 3.5 Show your character using their gift for the first time
CHECKPOINT 3.6: Herd Based
>EXILES ONLY: Draw an image of your character on their first birthday.
>BACHELORS ONLY: Draw an image of your character earning their X-marking or a brood during the 17 year ceremony for broods.
>OLDE ONLY: Draw an image of your character learning about the Unicorns or lore for the first time.
>LONERS ONLY: Draw an image of your character finding their first ‘home’ or a sheltered location
(new!) SECTION FOUR PROMPTS
EARN + 15 Tier and + 8 WG
The images MUST be full body with at least a simple background!
Character must be level 12 to complete these prompts
Checkpoint 4.1 Draw your character meeting Ba’Yagu for the first time and/or making a purchase.
Checkpoint 4.2 Draw your character encountering a sentient non-equine animal. (Moosebowls for example in the south)
Checkpoint 4.3 Draw the event that had the largest negative impact on your character.
4.4 Draw the event that had the largest positive impact on your character.
4.5: HERD BASED
>EXILE ONLY: Draw your character’s reaction to/encounter with the fires.
>BACHELOR ONLY: For stallions, draw your characters' reaction to their 17th Year Ceremony. For mares, draw your characters' reaction to foals (doesn't have to be their own). Are they a mothering type or not?
>OLDE ONLY: Draw your character participating in Valtaine.
>LONERS ONLY: Draw your character in an encounter with one of the herds.
Earning Witch Glass
What is Witch Glass?
First... What is witch glass? Well what we human types think of as useless but pretty sea glass, the horses of chevalin think of as valuble Witch Glass. They think of it as a currency to spend throughout the land, as the Witch Ba'Yagu seems to collect it obsessively. No one knows why exactly, but they do know about all the items they can get with it. And if you want to be able to purchase items you'll need to earn it!
First things first:
1. Do not confuse Witch Glass with Tier Points. Witch glass is CURRENCY to be used in-game, and Tier points are EXPERIENCE points used to level up characters.
2. Witch glass is User Based, meaning no matter what character earns it, even if you have 5 characters in chevalin - the Witch Glass can be spent on any character that belongs to you. You can keep track of it in a personal journal, on a character's tier tracker, or a personal WG tracker of your making. Just make sure we can see it no matter which of your characters references we click on!
3. Finding Witch Glass is a more rare occurence than earning tier, but its not impossible.
4. Recently, a rule that your chacter had "item slots" was taken away. All characters have unlimited item slots, but can only buy certain type items depending on their over all tier level.
Earning Witch Glass
There are only five ways to earn WG: Higher level Tier Checkpoints, Events, Winning Member of the Month, Memes, and posting on our forum. Events are the biggest place to earn witch glass, and some users come out of events with over 45 Witch Glass. In one case, we had a user come out with 80 witch glass. Each event is different though, and some will offer more or less Witch Glass to the Participants. Other ways to win Witch Glass are open to users both during events, and during down time.
Tier Checkpoints
(+ 4 to 20 WG)
Tier check points begin offering small ammount of WG the higher up through the checkpoints one goes. This starts with 4 WG, and gets up to 20 WG once your character is a high enough level.
"...of the Month"
(+5 to 10 WG)
Winning any Chevalin "of the month" Will earn you 5 to 15 WG. This is a one time thing for most people, but a nice bonus when it happens. We have an honor each month for our most active member, a featured character of the month, and a RP of the month. Rps are only eligable if they have been uploaded to the group (From Docs, Skype or Notes) or posted on the forum.

Chevalin Wanderlust has a roleplaying forum that is open for members. This forum, which I'll link you to in a moment here is for both roleplaying, connecting with other players, and general fun and chatting and was made by the lovely Pony-Bones on deviantart for us. You must join the forum with your DA user name, so everyone knows who you are, but for every 15 posts posted on the forum you earn one Witch Glass. Please do not Spam post. Anything under 2 sentences DOES not count, and the admins will be watching for cheating closely. However we'd like you to have this opportunity to earn some extra "cash".

Hello there! I understand your concern - but don't fret! We didn't want to overwhelm you when you were joining as there is already so much to learn! Witch glass is our currency in chevalin. You can earn it through events, memes or checkpoints and can spend it on items in bayagu's shop!
